We offer Interior, Exterior and Parking lot patrol services as described below. All Patrol Services can be customized according to your property and/or specific procedures.  All BSS vehicles are equipped with GPS technology and flashing lights.

Interior Patrols
Inside building check for smoke,
fire, odors, leaks, spills. Shut off
excess lighting, check all doors
and secure alarm system.

Exterior Patrols
Hand check all doors and overheads.
Visually inspect all windows & lighting.
Record all vehicles onsite after hours.
Check for damages & record all activity.

Parking Lot Patrols
When your property has a problem
with  loitering & trespassing our presence
will prevent them from coming back.
